It all begins with an initial 30 minute phone or video consultation where our coach gets to know you and your fitness goals. If you both feel there's a fit, simply sign up for one of our packages to get started on your body transformation.
You'll meet with your coach to formulate a step-by-step strategy designed around what specifically motivates you. You will be given both short term and long term goals in addition to your customized diet & workout plans to keep you focused and pushing through to the end.
Time to put in the work and follow through on the strategy you and your coach put together. We're here to hold you accountable and help you craft the mindset necessary to succeed.
You'll meet with your coach once a week via video or phone calls to review your progress and discuss any challenges you may be facing.
Body transformations are incredibly difficult so setbacks are normal and to be expected. However, it's important that you never get discouraged. You and your coach will simply adjust the plan if needed so you can keep working towards your goal.
You and your coach will repeat steps 3-5 as many times as it takes until you reach your goal.
Congratulations! You've achieved the body transformation of your dreams. Now a new challenge begins - maintaining the new body you've worked so hard for. Your coach will work with you to establish the mentality and habits necessary for lifelong success.
